Replace H4C with HTR rating

I'm going to update the HTR2 software in mid-March, concurrent with the newsletter. The (KM) screen will add the NLog to a second section.

Also, some have requested the HTR rating replace the H4C column. I plan to go ahead with that. If anyone disagrees, let me know asap. I will put a comment line in for "H4C" (Horse for Course) when applicable.

Two of the negative items in the NLog are related to poor record on the track/surface, or dist/surf.

Will the HC designation appear on any other screen ? I do use it to bring a horse that may not initially catch my attention , it gives me a reason to look at what appears to be a non-contender and perhaps bring it back into contention as well as to reinforce one of my contenders as a top selection.

Might be able to find a place for the H4C on some other screen. But i'll see if i can squeeze them both in on the KM somehow. I don't like take-aways from the screens unless it is overwhelming in favor by users.

My suggestion would be why not put in on the bottom hall instead of having (K) or KLine on top and bottom.

Will stick the HTR rating on the [KM] second panel to the right, there is plenty of space there after the NLog numbers are listed. Everything else stays the same.

Case closed. Update coming March 10 or so. Our webmaster does it again.
