One interesting thing I notice when creating my spot plays is that races that are designated
"F" on both/either Top and Bottom do not have a very good ROI. Most of my plays are designed to pick-up on high price winners. The C's and D's races consistantly show the highest ROI's. My conclusion is that "F" races are just difficult to find positive angles because they are so unpredictable and thus the ROI lags. Any thoughts ?
