To All--------Ken has, perhaps unwittingly, given us ANOTHER great Spot Play Tool. In the section of "Negatives", you will find the item "Not ITM Last". This actually works great as a POSITIVE handicapping angle!!
Horses running out of the money in last races are grossly overlooked, thus creating positive betting opportunities for us.
I use the angle wth various different HTR positive handicapping ratings, angles, etc., and have been able to create quite a few VERY profitable spot plays.

Well done -Bill , that is a good filter because ITM finish in last start is a primary attention device for the public. Tossing out LAST-ITM finishers can push up the ROI dramatically with many factors.
