On page 16 of the Spot Play Development E-Book are some criteria to consider for high percentage winners. Two described are "K=1" and "KGap > 5" along with a comment that some or all of the criteria can be combined together. Maybe I'm just overtired but I've looked through each screen multiple times and the only k gap filter I'm finding deals with a maximum gap which I interpret to mean a gap that is less than or equal to what ever number is selected. Is there away to define a set of filters that combines "K=1" and "KGap > 5"?

Nice catch on the booklet error edw, should have been "< 5" instead of "> 5"

You are correct, you cannot 'gap' it for the top (K), but i guess i could extend the KGap toggle into negative numbers for that purpose. I wonder if that would confuse it further though!

The meaning of the KGap < 5 is to get horses who are in close range to the top (K) and should produce a higher% for K=2,3,4 runners.

I don't like the K Gap as much as the K number. I'm always looking for ways to eliminate large numbers of losers with any spot play and that usually ends being in the range K < 80 or K < 85 for longshot plays, or K < 90 or K < 95 for higher% plays. Find the 'sweet spot' with the Learn More report then set the toggle, for example, (K) Range 090 - 115 , to prevent K < 90.
