Ken,
In the future would you consider adding a 100K+ purse filter?
I would like to look at 'higher caliber' stakes stats versus anything tagged ALW/STK.

Thanks for the suggestion Stu. I had considered a Purse filter range, but because purses range from $1000 - $5,000,000 that would be quite a chore to toggle it. I'll think about it some more.
The EPR filter is probably your best source for separating those higher class races now. Set it to 107 up for older males and 104 up for Femmes, allow a couple of points for 2yr and 3yr races.

How does the robot treat "off the turf" races?
Would they show under what ever track condition the race was run on?
Example : from turf to wet main or fast main or art??
For the runners in the race that ran , does the ped ,after the results are in, change to reflect the race being taken off the turf?
thx

DD; the surface the race was actually run on (off the turf) is what’s used in the robot. The PED does not adjust however, because it is ‘hard coded’ in the original file.
Haven’t used the phrase ‘Hard Coded’ in my life before joining HTR. :)

That would be a good one to add to the Negatives screen =
NO "Off the Turf" Races
This would eliminate them from a Robot test (but would not from your spot plays unless you had made the surface change manually before running your list)
Let me see if i can get that into the upcoming version next week
Before Poly tracks, the high scratch volume and usual "wet" track designation for those race meant they were easy enough to eliminate without a special filter, but times have changed.
thx

Not Robot related...
Ken,
Is it possible to move the TEMP rails from the track condition spot of the PP screens? With the grass races it really helps to see all the heavy turf racing outside of California.

Dan, good one, after the TC is over and we can clear some of these forum, i'll put up a suggestion box for the HTR2, MaxVel and Export.
Please toss in your ideas at that time and ii'll print them all and get to work before the seminar.
