getting autoscratch from ATR to HTR

I haven't been able to get the autoscratch feature of ATRpro to transfer over to HTR. No buttons described in the ATR manual appear to be on my scratch screen of Htr. Any advice? Thanks in advance. Tom

Open ATRpro. Click on GO.

Click on Options.

Click on Third Screen.

On Option 20 make sure HTR is on.

Return to Main Form.

Thanks for the reply, Ricks. I checked option 20 on option screen #3 and it is already set to HTR. I'll go check the newsletter now---looks like I did not set up a file that is necessary for the autoscratch button to even appear on the htr scratch screen. The instructions on pages 111 on in the ATR manual seem pretty clear and I'll tackle it tomorrow. Much appreciate the help. Tom

The problem may be that you are running HTR2 using data from a secondary folder. The autoscratch feature requires that you have the "Current directory (Folder) is C:\HTR" message on the opening screen of HTR2.

not home yet but problem solved at office--i initailly got confused with slides 111-117 of your atr manual.-everything works perfect here and i'm sure it will at home. thanks for the replies. By the way, the autoscratch is a sweet feature! saves me 20 minutes and more importantly, mistakes made manually scratching.:D
