If you had companion Trainer Stats (text) files with your files prior to March 2006, the newest version of the program will crash when you export with HX4.
This is because of the new format in the Trainer Stats file. The solution is to delete them ("S" files) for dates prior to that time and then re-export without incident.
In March 2006, or so, our Trainer files began including the name of the Owner, and currently the Trainer files have expanded data lines, this causes conflicts with the older file versions when the new HTR2 tries to compute things like TPG or export the name of the Owner.
