Any one notice the power of K=1 on the artificial surface?
Here's what I have from my (possibly incomplete) data, and comparisons with Turf and Dirt from some other meets.

Good stuff C!!!

It also goes well beyond those tracks. Ken’s last upgrade was really something to behold. It seems everything receive some “performance enhancement”.;)

HTR is definitely in the “400” super software range and it may be time for surveillance cameras near Ken’s office. :D

BTW: The tweak on the “LONG” $, $$ alerts is just fantastic for example. If your in the school of establishing contenders as your first move, always take an extra glance when the $$ appear IMO. They are grabbing an inordinate share of the solid prices this year.

Yep really sweet. Had one of those 4/25 R5 KEE. The only complaint I have is that Ken was a bit off - it was actually a $$$ :p (and paid for most of the year's HDW sub :D )

Artificial track stats are constantly evolving.

You have to keep in mind that the K ratings originally started on fields where horses had never raced on the waxed rubber.

It also is a learning experience for the jocks and the track maintenance crew.

As Dan said and probably many others, each track is different, that is true for waxed rubber as well.
