The ATRpro 'S' track list is not working on some installations without first logging in at the Brisnet.com website using the following procedure:

(1) Open microsoft internet explorer at their site

http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/totedb/tracks.cgi

(2) Pick a track with one of the dropdown menus, and then click on the START SUPERTOTE button

(3) When prompted, enter your bris account info (which is available without charge for the free Supertote service).

(4) Start ATRpro and the S list should work fine.

Will we have to follow those procedures every day?

It looks like that it is necessary every time the computer is restarted.

Do we have to keep the SuperTote open in Windows to keep everything working properly?

On a quick trial, it doesn't look like it.

edit: well, maybe so. looks like the HTR odds page hung on the latest odds b4 closing the supertote?

Cliff,

I do not believe that the problem on your installation was related to closing the internet explorer application. My experience is that, after logging in to brisnet.com, you do not need to keep internet explorer active to maintain the use of the 'S' track list.

Ok, Thanks Gary. I'll try it again later. Have kept the Bris tote board open all day and things worked fine that way.
