Old Windows used to have a "explorer file manager" that one could use to move, copy, delete, and otherwise manage files.
Windows XP does not have this feature and older versions of explorer will not work if you try and paste it into xp.
I have found a commercial file manager "xplorer2" that is the equivalent of the windows explorer on steroids.
Here is the link to "xplorer2"

If you are like me and like to have multiple panes with which view and manage files in folders I strongly recommend that you get the trial version of this software and give it a try.
It cost $27 bucks should you decide to buy it. It fast and easy to use. I use it everyday and I have not had a single problem with it.
One of the best features is that you can save a file search and simply click on the name you gave the search. For example, I like to only look at the tracks that have dime supers. So I have a saved search with only the dime super tracks. All I need to do is to click on the name of the search and I can copy the dime super track fiiles to the folder that I want the files in.
P.S. I have no association with the author of this software and no incentive to recommend it to anyone:)
