Backing up Data Files

Guys,

I was attempting to back up my HTRDATA file and it turned into a long, time consuming process. Was using the "copy" and "paste" method to move the complete folder over to a CD for backup. Seems like there must be a better way. Any advice?

Cliff, I regularly backup to a CD-R. I use the software that came with the burner. It is just drag and drop between window panes. When a new month ends I just add that to existing CD. I always have 2 backups, guess I just don't trust them.
