I'm sure this has been asked before, but either age is catching up with me, or my computer skills really suck.
Is it possible to install HTR on a drive other than C:? When I run Setup.exe, it wants to install in C:\htr and I don't see a way to change it. Suggestions?

Once you run the programs install you can then copy the HTR2.exe file into ANY folder you have racefiles in. It will then run from within that folder!

You install it on C:\htr
After it is installed you can move/copy htr2.exe anyplace you want on your computer and run it from there.
I normally run it on my I: drive.
That said, it will create a \htrdata directory on the drive you are running HTR2 on, but it will be trying to copy/move the *.htr files to C:\htrdata. So if you want the files saved in C:\htrdata you have to make sure that the directory exist.

I guess I should have completed my first question with all the facts.
I was trying to install to a jump/stick drive when it would not work. My mistake.

Still not enough facts.
What are you trying to accomplish?

I tried to download and install the program on a memory stick. Thanks for your help. I think I understand the problem now.
