Advance Conditionals Using ATR and the KLine

At 12 noon EDT today, ATR will connect with Phonebet and Pinnacle, and track the odds of my five contenders, I've "narrowed it down" to five out of seven runners. Each line describes a conditional bet. Line one says in PHA race 1, bet $1 to win on #1 if the odds are greater than 4.20-1 starting at 10 minutes to post.

4.20 is 1.5 times the KLine odds of #1 before scratchs, PL-5

Sure it's complicated, but if the KLine represents the true odds (and it does) and I demand a 50% premium a la "The Books" -- and execute this strategy consistently, then I am blending art with science.

ok, the 4 wins it at 5.9 to one, he was my VEL-2 horse. No bets were placed because there was no value according to the line, and I agree, Art and Science did not converge this time. I did my part but so did the opposition. They were on the 4 a bit too much.

I'm a complete coward when it comes to EVERYTHING (not that I lack ability or talent).

I had a dream (:)) last night that pretty much explained it all to me, in that, I could have saved people from the storm but didn't have the guts to do it.

You guys can talk all you want about pace speed K or whatever and I say, why didn't I have the guts to help these people who were being lifted off the earth?

I truely believe I'm making "sense" when I write this stuff and yes Dan, I am a special case because I tell the truth. I don't think everyone here always does that but I try.

I tried to do that once and got my Thread closed unfairly and I don't like it even now. I'm doing it again without picking any horses just to see what will happen and again, to speak the truth as I see it. Can't blame me for that, right?

Potential is what people talk about at cocktail parties.....but potential ain't pragmatic profit.

So having talent without the courage to act on it.....that's sad.

That's life.

Life is a very sad event for most of us with a smittering of happiness thrown in. As for "the horses" they are only a tool and indication of what's wrong with us Mike. We are looking for answers to questions. We are not looking for an easy way out (speaking for myself here) only a way out period. I've got most of it pretty well figured out overdog, but not all of it yet. The dream I had told me what I need to work on.

So go ahead and make fun of me (your superior) or shut down my thread or whatever because if you're reading this you are probably in the same boat as me.

I wasn't born with a lack of brain cells-- I only didn't use them to the maximun advantage so far. How long do you all think that's going to last? :)
