I believe I was able to make successful spot play tables. I would like to see my spot plays in a report. I made a relarionship between MySpots and HX4. I would like to have my report look like the following.
Trk-- race-- pgm#-- horse-- spot play1--spot play2--spot play3--etc
MNR--1-----6--------CLOUD--1------------------------------1
If a horse has more than one spot play I would like to keep it on one line.
What I have now is every time the horse has a spot play it records it on a seperate line. If 3 spot play apply to that horse, I will have that horses name appear 3 times once for each spot play. Can I set up a report where the horses name will appear once and all the spot plays associated with it will appear on one line? If so how can I do that?
Thanks ed

I am sure I could come up with something using queries. Probably have to have separate queries to create a field that indicates that it was a yes for that spot play.
Hopefully someone has already worked out a way to do all this and will post their solution.
If not, you can email me your spot plays and I will see what I can do.
I bet someone has already done a better job of this than I can do. :D

Donnie sent me a file that MikeDee put out in the last HTR Seminar.
You can download it HERE (http://www.homebased2.com/km/pdf/Combine%20Spot%20Play%20Queries%20into%20a%20Singl e%20Report.pdf)
It explains how to combine spot plays into a single report.
It looks to me like it would be real easy to modify this where it only prints out your spot plays, if that is what you want.
Thanks Donnie and MikeDee

AWOL,
The problem with the file may be that it was created with the Acrobat printer. Program crashed on me when trying to make it regularly.
You may need the latest version of Acrobat Reader, 6.xx.
