Hi,

I assume you mean "HTR" where you typed "HSH".

Yes, there is a utility that you can use to download data (which comes from HDW) directly into access.

It only uses HDW files, which are what you pay your monthy fees for, as all programs are free.

Carl

Yes I ment HTR. How difficult is it for one to learn how use access so he can run a query on the data? Thanks for the help

Not hard. Almost everyone has a copy of the basic template for Access that works with HTR4MSAC.exe. In fact the template on the website is the basic template that is ready to import data into. The import specification file is set to work with the ALL_MSA table to import races in the ALL_MSAC.txt file that is produced by ALL_MSAC.exe.

In fact there is a macro in the table that will do all the importing for you.

You can download the template and check it out and if you like I can send you the HTR4MSAC.exe. You can run it on the sample files in the HTR demo.

You also need to download Impact, Prat, and HTRModeler. Also download TLC, a custom progrm Ken did for the Tomcat. Tomcat lets everyone else use it.

Download all the programs and any text or help files. Check them out and then ask your questions or get in touch with Ken Massa for a trial.
