Field 76 nKEY exits a key race but the output is not listed. Is 0= to key race and 1+not key race?

Comparing the export to HTR2 I have to say that 1 = key race.

nKEY = 1 (indicates the horse exits a "key" race last outing)

Key race is one in which the PAC or PER (or both) was above average.

AWOL is confused!

I checked the Sep thru Nov data and found nKey has values saved.
which was exported using HTR version 30 Jul 2004

so, is the HX4 export wrong sometimes
or, is one of the HTR screens wrong all the time?

I'm not clear on your question AWOL?

Are you saying there are Key race values in the export that don't appear on the screen? Send me back an example race and I'll check it out --- thanks.

ie HX4 Export or which screen.

I do not have a sample and not want to take time to try to duplicate
what GLEN said '...output not listed..' because I do not understand

sorry AWOL - i meant the text of the HX4.txt file spec.

Here is the change to the HX4.txt

FIELD76 nKEY Key race indicator; 1= Key race

That's all Glen wanted to know.

Everything else related to this is fine (screen and export)
