all_hx4.mdb file will not open

When I double click on the all_hx4.mdb Access tries to open it then it gives me this message.
MS Access cannot open this file. The file is located outside your internet or on an untrusted site. MS Access will not open the file due to potential Security problems. To open file copy to your machine or an accessable network location.

The problem is I already downloaded the file to my HTR directory with all the other files.

I could not see where I could change any security settings to allow it to be read. I also shut down my virus and spy programs to see if that was the problem.

Any suggestions?

Too bad I get stopped with the second action I try. The export function worked find in creating all_hx4.txt file

I just went out and downloaded the db and tried opening it....it opened fine in both Access 2000 and 2003, so it doesn't appear to be a compatibility issue. I would delete it off your system and try downloading it again...maybe you got a bad download....it's happened to me before!
Post back if that doesn't help!

I recall having that problem a while back.

As I remember I right clicked on the file name and there was an option at the bottom of the box that I clicked on.

I don't remember exactly what it said but it cleared it up for me.

I will see if I can duplicate the problem.

I was able to duplicate.

The block to click on is "Unblock"

I found the unblock thanks to you. It would have taken me awhile to find this if ever!! I went to the Microsoft support page and could find nothing.
