I have been looking at the ROI Report that is contained in the all_hx4.mdb file that I downloaded. I assume that the ROI Report is linked to the ROI Analysis Query, and the My Report uses the My HTR query. My question is, where do I set this relationship up? I can't seem to find where it is set. I have several querys of my own that I'd like to use the ROI Report template for, but I can't figure out how to link it to a different query. If I copy my query and rename it ROI Analysis, it will work, but I'd rather not have to keep renaming things. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks...J

Lindsay

Go to the design view of the analysis report (or any report).
click on View
click on properities
click on format tab

The first line of this pop up is the record source you will notice that it has ROI Analysis in it.

click the drop down arrow th the right and select any table or query you want as your record source

Keep in mind that the roi analysis report must have the xwin and xfin in the record source.

Got it Mike. I appreciate the help. I looked through the properties previously, but I just missed it somehow. I actually found it at the top of the Data Tab in the Design View Properties Window. I'm using Access XP.

Thanks...J
