I was told by Darrell Wood at CNL that the rules and registration for the two Colonial Downs contests will go up on Monday (April 19). I really don't like what they're doing this year but its not my contest so I guess I can't complain. They're having two contests with one qualifyer from the first contest and two from the second. They hope to have 150 entrant in the first contest and as many as 300 in the second so the odds of winning will become particularly dificult. They plan on jumping the purse a bit from last year but the risk/reward factor will become even worse than it was last year.
