How much computer power - ram, processor speed, video card, etc would you recommend to run ATR / HTR / Pinnacle interface / and a live feed?

Can all this be run on one computer?

ATR performs best on Windows XP. Computers running XP with 256 mb ram should handle multi-tasking of ATR and HTR with a video feed.
