Negotiations are being finalized to obtain a tote feed that is dedicated to ATR. The goal is a fully functioning ATR by the end of February.

The feed is being arranged thru a USA based betting service. ATR users who live in locations where it is legal to open an internet betting account will be required to join the bet service. There will be no fee to join the bet service, but there will be rebates/rewards for those ATR users who become active bettors.

Those ATR users who can not legally open an account will not be shut out of this tote feed and will have access to all features of ATR except submitting bets.
