Another Poll!? Why do you wager?

Someone said once that the only thing that comes close to the thrill of making a bet and winning is making a bet and losing.
I'm not sure I completely agree with that statement...If I had to choose between gambling and lets say...sex...well..hmmmm...ok..sex wins.
