When I installed ATRProforHTR on my new laptop running Windows XP Ver. 2002 Service Pack 1 I received the following message:
"Error 1931. The Windows Installer service cannot update the system file
C:\WINNT\system32\sensapi.dll because the file is protected by Windows. You may need to update your operating system for this program to work."
I continued the install and ATR appears to run and I can interface with the HTR scratch and odds functions. I installed ATRProforHTR on my desktop, running the same XP version, previously without any error messages. I looked at the properties of the system32 folders and sensapi.dll files on both PC's and they are identical. Is this something I should be concerned about?
