Who is that guy riding out of town in a black van that looks like a stealth vehicle?

He just keeps chuckling to himself and muttering about "taking the money".

The Black Mariah is rockin tonight. The super mex finished 2nd in the M'Sun tourney and took down $18,000. Rumor has it, he bet to Show on the chalk too!

Wow! Tommy, way to go! You will have to go stealth with that vehicle...people will stop entering if they see you coming! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy!
Fill 'er up and drive careful...I never did check to see if there was a safe built into that armoured van...??:D
