Checked on INDY OTB NTRA qualifying for Donnie and found that there will be eight qualifiers held at OTB's associated with CDSN. Each will have free entry and will have one qualifier. Format is pick winners of four races at a specified CDSN track. They will have a tie breaker mechanism which is not defined at this time.
Only requirement is being a member of the CDSN Twin Spires club which is merely a "casino players card" deal and having access to an CDSN OTB. Dates are 9/8, 9/15, 9/22,9/29, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, and 12/22. Phone number is 502-638-3881.
