June edition of the HTR newsletter will be posted on Monday June 4. This month material includes a full seminar itinerary; an article and test results inspired by "MtKen" regarding over-raced horses and activity levels; also some elimination tests such as "ran bad - last two outings"; and much more.
HDW is moving down the road in Lexington to a new Georgetown office. They want more office space, and to move closer to Jim and Richard's homes. New phone lines and server will be setup around July 1st. This will require an IP address change for getting to the HTR file web site. This will take most of you about two seconds to change in your 'favorites' folder. Rick will also change the "members area" link to match that and some people will never know the change occured. Hopefully, navigation and download speed will increase for all users with the new high speed lines in place.
With the price of gas at over $2/gallon here and the temps in the desert at around 110 degrees - I started thinking about flying to Vegas for the seminar instead of driving, and found a $100 round trip fare arriving Thursday afternoon. Meet in the Stardust racebook that evening (june 14) around 8pm if you are coming in early. "Glen" will be there - he is the strong, dark and handsome young stud with the laptop betting on LoneStar.
